Scan-it also operates as an out-source document scanning service bureau providing professional document conversion services that enable clients to effectively integrate legacy business records with current information management systems.
Scan-It, Inc. has been a reselling partner for DocuWare document management software since 2000. With three fulltime DocuWare experts and 30+ installations in Oregon and Washington, Scan-It, Inc. brings a strong level of support and technical expertise to their DocuWare customers. Scan-It's customer base includes several Fortune 500 DocuWare users.
Scan-it’s service bureau operations are primarily involved in converting client’s paper and/or microfilm based information to electronic files that are more easily managed in the computer environment. Clients find that, by using Scan-it’s outsource scanning services, they are not committed to supporting the systems and personnel necessary to do this type of work in-house and are better able to focus on their core business.
